Job Description

General Summary Of Duties:

Professionally answer and extend telephone calls to their proper destination using a telephone operator console. Page and/or process messages for internal/external guests, and enter wake-ups using a computer keyboard.

Assist guests with restaurant reservations. 

Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)

  1. Transferring calls to the appropriate departments
  2. Answering questions regarding conventions, casino/entertainment events or other departments
  3. Assisting with Restaurant Reservations
  4. Generating reports
  5. Noting guest reservations

Qualifications

Performance Requirements: (Knowledge, skills and abilities)

Basic computer knowledge, answering calls politely, internet usage, Typing 50 wpm 

Typical physical / mental demands

Use of computers, sitting 8 hours daily, ability to communicate in English, ability to lift 5 to 10 pounds 

Experience  Requirements

Customer service, multiple line phones, basic computer usage

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
