During this exciting summer internship as the Activities Coordinator, you must be willing to work quickly and efficiently while exhibiting exceptional service standards resulting in meaningful interactions with our guests and owners.

• Foster an upbeat, energetic, and fun atmosphere for guests as they enjoy board games, arts and crafts, and other leisure activities.
• Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests in selecting and participating in activities tailored to their interests and preferences while facilitating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment by adhering to safety regulations and implementing risk management practices during all activities and events.
• Adhere to the daily opening and closing procedures of the activities center, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
• Embrace additional responsibilities as delegated by management to contribute to the overall success of the guest experience.

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for developing and delivering engaging activities and experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet guest needs.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
