Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, guest-focused individual that will effectively check guests into and out of their tour assignments, as well as coordinate the general office administration for and provide assistance with routine and special projects to management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with researching, resolving, and documenting guest issues
  • Coordinate meetings, make appointments, take detailed minutes, and report back to attendees.
  • Coordinate paperwork, for example, PARs, Terms, New hire paperwork.
  • Coordinate general office administration including correspondence, photocopying, file maintenance, and supply inventory.
  • Answer multi phone lines, take messages and answer general questions regarding complaints and inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work 8:30am - 4:00pm, including weekends
  • Full time or Part Time availability 
  • Previous experience in hospitality preferred
