Job Description

To properly and accurately setup and service group meetings, reception, buffet and plated banquet function, resort owner functions and Line/In House timeshare Sales F&B supports operation s including off-site catering. By performing the following duties.

DUTIES
Buffet and drink stations to be presented in a professional manner and maintained throughout function.
Perform duties as assigned during onsite/offsite banquet function shift including decorating, setting up equipment, polishing silver , packing trucks, setting dinner tables, buttes and port a bars and other.
Compliance to department standard operating procedural manual to include; service, standards, cash/check handling procedures, menu interpretation, safety and security, stocking and requisitioning.
Required to conform to approved/posted weekly department schedule.
Follow time clock in/out procedures.
Conformance to Government and Company Safety, Security and sanitation requirements
Attend mandatory Training Information meetings.
Maintain clean and organized work area.
Adherence to Beverage controls per company and department policies.
Respond to guest inquiries, complaints in a professional and urgent manner.
Maintain required department record with accuracy.
Proper use of hand and serving trays.
Conform to serving alcohol with care per state/company department guidelines.
Follow department Guest Service Etiquette.
Follow department phone etiquette.
Presents menu to guest responds to menu item inquiries in professional and accurate manner.
Takes guest orders following department guidelines.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must successfully attend Company Mandatory Training programs. Alcohol awareness training. Must complete the Food Safety Handling training within 90 days. Must successfully complete the Server Training Program.
