Running food and beverage outlets are like playing twister with an octopus, there are so many tasks and your hands are in all of it. For you it’s not whether the glass is half full or half empty, it’s whether the table needs to be turned or re-sat! The ultimate multi-tasker, you truly know how to spin the plates. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Oversee day to day operations
  • Provide excellent customer satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
  • Control budget
  • Conduct monthly inventory
  • Effectively lead, manage and communicate with teams
  • Recruit, train and supervise all staff
  • Meet safety and sanitation standards

To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and six months to one year related experience and/or training.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, and hear. In addition, the employee is occasionally required to taste and smell. The team member frequently is required to climb or balance.  The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
