Job Description

Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with law enforcement and emergency services personnel, as well as serving as the primary contact and liaison for various health and safety organizations. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining meticulous records, managing departmental budgets, and overseeing inventory controls and loss management systems.

As a Security & Safety Director you will:

  • Direct and coordinate security operations, ensuring compliance with policies and laws
  • Manage safety and security programs, including record-keeping and inspections
  • Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services
  • Oversee training programs and interdepartmental initiatives
  • Maintain effective communication with OSHA and other health/safety organizations
  • Act as a liaison for critical incidents and special security services
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and departmental procedures

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
  • Class D license
  • American Red Cross certification
  • CPR, AED
