Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

As a Laundry Supervisor, you will: 

• Supervises and motivates all laundry personnel with daily supervision to include straining and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all services, and productivity standards to provide customer satisfaction.
• Must know the operations of laundry departments including procedures, use of equipment, appropriate chemicals to use, staffing, etc.
• Monitor linen quality, inventory, stain inspections, damaged linen, and production reports to ensure reordering, rewashing and repairs in a timely manner.

To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English conversationally. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Must be able to work in hot, humid conditions near loud, moving machine
