Do you live and breathe Facebook Lead Generation marketing for events? If so, we’ve got your dream job! We’re looking for a rockstar digital marketing manager to fill our newly created Talent Acquisition & Events Marketing Manager role. Reporting to the Vice President, Digital Marketing, this role is perfect for digital landing page creators and Facebook LeadGen marketers who LOVE working BOTH sides of that conversion funnel and seeing great results when it comes to having prospects RSVP for their events! This role centers around creating engaging lander (landing page) content with our brand/design team and running advertising campaigns that enable future team members to understand our unique culture and generate leads for both our talent acquisition/hiring teams AND our Westgate Sports & Entertainment teams (for their unique events).

The Talent Acquisition & Events Marketing Manager is responsible for ‘owning’ the digital marketing footprint as a whole, and executing digital, social, email, event marketing and job advertising strategies to attract top talent for open job positions, and qualified leads for our various sports and entertainment events. It is critical for this individual to effectively communicate and partner with key internal stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, Vacation Ownership, Brand, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing & Digital Marketing teams to ensure alignment and connection to the Westgate brand, while maintaining a strong hands-on campaign approach to Facebook Ad Campaigns and the setup of landing pages on our main brand website. Individual will enjoy contributing strategically as well as enjoy day-to-day execution of recruitment/event marketing plans/tasks. This is a “roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty and do what it takes to get the job done” type of role. Talent Acquisition / Event Social Media Advertising

  • Manage the day-to-day effectiveness of our career sites (landing pages) to ensure talent attraction content is maintained while leveraging web trends and analytics to drive effective campaign management and candidate experience.
  • Manage the day-to-day effectiveness of our sports & entertainment (landing pages) to ensure event content is maintained while leveraging web trends and analytics to drive effective campaign management and user (potential lead) experience.
  • Collaboration and partnership of other social media and digital properties for employment branding
  • Leverages internal partner collaboration, resulting in execution that delivers on project goals
  • Champions employment brand integration through effective communication, excellence in project management and elevation of the importance of employment brand integrity
  • Creates and manages all landing pages for both talent acquisition AND Westgate Sports & Entertainment events
  • Creates (hands on) and manages all social advertising (within approved budgets) for talent acquisition and sports & entertainment events.
  • Ensures all recruitment-related digital experiences, including Social, Online and Advertising are cohesive and compelling
  • Manage Facebook and other social media recruitment ads for company job postings.
  • Maintain Facebook careers fan page by posting links, videos, pictures of the workplace and other content
  • Ensure use of custom URLs, custom page titles and ensure keyword rich content to increase search engine result ranking and improve visibility of the Westgate employment brand to job seekers are using search engines to find jobs.
  • Communicating additional campaign needs for Westgate Sports & Entertainment and Talent Acquisition to database (email) marketing department, including launching strategic projects for assets/imagery to be designed by the brand team/copywriting team for email marketing team to load and use.

Digital Marketing Management  

  • Lead strategy, account management and implementation of all Talent Acquisition & Sports & Entertainment-related digital marketing including email engagement and social media campaigns
  • Point of contact for all CRM related items/needs (database & email marketing) for talent acquisition / Westgate Sports & Entertainment.
  • Develop and implement email-based Talent lead generation and engagement strategy, to be fulfilled by database/email marketing team
  • Work with Division and Department leaders to operationalize brand strategies throughout the organization’s recruitment functions to align with business objectives, marketing strategies, and compliance management issues.  
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal business partners and senior management
  • Build and execute paid and organic campaigns that drive candidate pipelines for key talent segments and needed sports & entertainment segments
  • Continuously manage our return on investment on all digital campaigns and resources to drive talent pipelining and community building

Content Creation and Curation Initiatives 

  • Leads the development and deployment of employment & Westgate Sports & Entertainment branding content generation via project launches for fulfillment by our brand/design team.
  • Create an annual plan and content schedule based on TA team needs and WSE campaign launch dates.
  • Communicate and evangelize vision and capabilities with recruiting community, at all levels.
  • Partner with internal brand and marketing partners to develop storytelling strategies, briefs, and activation strategies to recruit new talent, cultivate existing talent, differentiate Westgate Resorts as an Employer, amplify reach, and engage talent across digital channels.
  • Develop projects for brand team to design, assist in content creation by maintaining a high-touch mentality with brand team, optimization (insight-driven and testing) of produced assets over time, and testing.
  • Work with team members and agency partners to generate fresh and engaging campaign and experience ideas to deliver on business recruitment goals, and sports & entertainment lead goals.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Create a campaign launch process for recruitment team, based on the current process.
  • Develop SOPs for employment brand within talent acquisition team and the Westgate Sports & Entertainment team.
  • Report insights about trends that impact brand-positioning performance: industry, market, competitor, and customer. 

Qualifications

Experience

  • 1-2+ years of relevant professional experience supporting a Talent Acquisition function or B2B / Entertainment / Sports Lead Generation digital marketing (agency experience applicable).
  • 1+ years of marketing, advertising, or branding experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple markets/events/locations, with internal and external partners including creative agencies and media partners.
  • Demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.
  • Prior experience within travel & hospitality a plus.
  • Staffing, recruiting, employer brand, and/or recruitment advertising experience a plus.
  • Experience with performance measurement analytics and tools, budget management and implementing cost controls.
  • Deep knowledge and proven experience with recruitment focused content and lead gen campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • 2+ years Hands-on social media advertising campaign management experience with Facebook Lead Generation, Traffic Campaigns, Facebook Event Boosting and Facebook Event setup.
  • Some prior experience with landing page creation in CMS environments and with short form copywriting for web.
  • Understanding of related creative tracks: digital design in terms of writing a creative brief for others to execute on, user experience, copywriting, and content strategy.
  • Experience managing digital communications and social media and other forms of advertising.

Education & Certifications

  • BA in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.  Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Facebook (META) Business Ads Manager and various social media platforms preferred such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties related to this position, the team member will regularly visit construction sites. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
