Job Description

The Team Member Services (Human Resources) Coordinator supports the Team Member Services Department by assisting with the human resources operations at their assigned location(s).

As a Team Member Services Coordinator, you will:

  • Ensures all new hires have completed onboarding (Policy acknowledgements, Direct Deposit setup, etc.)
  • Performs time-keeping functions for assigned departments
  •  Assist Talent Acquisition with inquiries on former and current Team Member disciplinary and re-hire status.
  •  Provide excellent and friendly customer service to Team Members by responding to inquires related to benefits, policies, etc.
  •  Assists Team Members with Name Changes, Direct deposits, Open Enrollment for Benefits & Lifestyle changes·     
  •  Maintains Team Member I-9s both electronically and on pa Scans Team Member documents in electronic filing system
  • Completes employment verification letters as needed
  •  Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation

 Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
