Job Description

The verification of proposals for mail-out accounts before paperwork is mailed and following up on those accounts to make sure that the documents are returned on time.

Duties

  • Inbound and outbound calls with timeshare owners and internal customers
  • Communicate and follow up with timeshare owners by phone, e-mail, and letter regarding their outstanding contract documents and assist them in signing the documents electronically or by mail
  • Assist timeshare owners with questions about their outstanding documents, making payments, questions about usage, and general account inquiries
  • Responsibilities include sales proposal verifications from internal customers to ensure the proposals are correct and accurate before the contracts are entered into the system

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Must be flexible to work
  • Fluent in the English language required. (Bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese is helpful but not required)
  • Must have high-speed internet connection and modem
  • Must have a dedicated office/workspace with little to no distractions
  • Must be able to make and receive telephone calls
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Must have good math skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot & fix minor computer problems independently
  • Ability to operate a computer, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment
  • Ability to visually review handwritten and computer-generated documents, as well as view a computer screen
  • Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with team members and customers professionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent, follow up skills
  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods
  • Customer Service, Document Management, Banking experience, Timeshare experience, or other related experiences preferred

Additional Information

  • Six weeks of paid training provided Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Hybrid position during the hours of 10:30 am to 7 pm Monday through Thursday and 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Friday
  • Must be able to commute and work on-site at the Orlando office 3 times a week (Thursday & Friday)
  • No weekends
  • Both hours and remote position subject to change based on business needs
