Pay: $11 / hour plus commission potential up to $85,000 per year.

Our mission in Hotels Corp is to create the start of a memorable vacation for our customers calling in through an inbound service. This position will be responsible for providing our customers with the widest selection of hotel accommodations, ticket services and destination services over the phone to help create an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities for our Inbound Sales Represnetative: 

• Responsible for responding to incoming phone calls
• Answer questions regarding resort amenities, ticket and park information, unit descriptions, location and travel directions, and reservation confirmations
• Qualify customers and pre schedule guests for a tour presentation
• Book reservations
• Efficient with computer systems, knowledge of seasonal rates and awareness of black-out dates
• Confirm/Cancel reservations
• Cross-sell -- Sales skill with the ability to determine needs
• Problem resolution -- Ability to solve problems without hesitation

• Minimum six months experience in sales
• Ability to make decisions quickly based on the vacation needs of the prospect
• Efficient in Basic computer program
