Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting the Account Services department by creating and working CSDs, hardships, credit reporting and dispute processes, and database related administrative work.

This position is responsible for complying with all Federal and State laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures.

Essential duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:  

  • Create CSDs to process waives by working through the service queues, as well as researching misapplied payments.
  • Responsible for making recommendations for owner assistance in accordance with department policies.
  • Responsible for the downgrade process, as well as processing deferments in accordance with department policies.
  • Responsible for adjusting interest rates in accordance with the SCRA.
  • Responsible for all collection flag placements.
  • Responsible for all third-party placement and tracking.
  • Responsible for all credit related/credit dispute processes.
  • Additional projects as assigned by the Account Services Team Lead/Account Services Sr. Manager.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, detailed orientated, self-motivated and disciplined. Require little to no supervision to follow through on assigned responsibilities and tasks. Multitask and handle heavy workloads in a timely manner. Multi-lingual is a plus. 

Physical Demands: 

Ability to:  Have a clean and neat appearance. Attire must be in adherence to company dress code policy. Operate a P/C, facsimile, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and other related office equipment. Sit at a desk, stand, and/or walk for extended periods of time.  Be mobile within the department and around other corporate facilities.  Visually review handwritten and computer generated documents, as well as view a P/C screen.  Make and receive telephone calls. Talk and hear.  Typing 35 wpm.  Lift up to 10 pounds
