Job Description

Westgate Resorts is now hiring a Timeshare Owner Representative for a full-time, remote (work-from-home) position. *Please note that you may be asked to come into the office on some days.

Duties

  • Aim to satisfy new owner concerns and to reaffirm purchases if necessary
  • Provide service to owner requests within departmental guidelines, utilizing the customer relationship management software system
  • Speak with owners who have purchased within the last 30 days
  • Educate owners on their purchases and how to utilize their week(s) best

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Read, write and speak English fluently (Spanish is preferred)
  • Must possess integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic
  • Attendance and Punctuality

Physical Demands

The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push and or/move up to 10 pounds.
