Job Description

As a Pool Attendant at Westgate Resorts, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment at our pool area. You will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by attending to their needs, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with safety protocols. As a Pool Attendant, you will:  

  • Moves and Arranges Patio Furniture: Arrange and maintain patio furniture to ensure a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing poolside experience.
  • Clean All Pool Area Bathrooms: Regularly clean and sanitize pool area bathrooms to maintain a high level of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
  • Clean All Furniture and Trash Cans: Ensure that all poolside furniture and trash cans are clean and free of debris.
  • Sweep and Mop Pool Decks: Perform sweeping and mopping of pool decks as needed to prevent slip hazards and maintain cleanliness.
  • Ensure Availability of Pool Towels: Monitor and replenish pool towels to ensure they are readily available for guest use.
  • Pick Up Dirty Pool Towels: Collect used pool towels and place them in designated bins for transportation to the laundry facility.
  • Maintain Pool Closets: Keep all pool closets clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Report Engineering Problems: Promptly report any maintenance or engineering issues to Central Dispatch to ensure timely resolution.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success and guest satisfaction of the pool area.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts.
