Job Description

If you love keeping things clean and creating a fantastic first impression, the role of Public Area Attendant is perfect for you. As a Public Area Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will ensure that every guest has a memorable experience.

  • Diligently clean and disinfect all public bathrooms to ensure a high level of hygiene.
  • Regularly restock essential items such as toilet paper and paper towels for the convenience of our guests.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies in stock closets, ensuring that everything is readily available.
  • Perform sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to keep floors and carpets in pristine condition.
  • Keep all glass and mirror surfaces spotless, enhancing the overall aesthetics.
  • Empty ashtrays and dispose of trash in public areas promptly.
  • Dust and maintain cleanliness in all public areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take responsibility for cleaning and maintaining offices in the lobby and sales areas.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Be open to performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Must be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions (i.e., hot, cold, wet, humid, etc.)
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Flexible working hours, able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Valid TN State identification card.
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
