The Telesales Inbound/Lead Team Member Position requires team members to answer and manage all calls and owner online inquiries via the CSD WebClient that are designated to the Telesales Department. Calls and CSD Webclient inquiries must be vetted and transferred to the appropriate team member for further services in the form of sales or respective department for services as needed by owner. Team members are to conduct distribution of sales related calls (leads) to sales team members in a manner that is fair and in compliance to the “Inbound Lead Rotation Roster.”

DUTIES

• Received all inbound calls
• Assign potential leads
• Provide daily and weekly report of assigned leads
• Manage the Telesales CSD WebClient

Education and/or Experience

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or three months sales related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
