Our Grounds Person will be responsible for keeping the facilities and grounds of the company clean and safe. The primary duties include cleaning dirt and debris, removing trash, and carrying out ground maintenance.

As a Grounds Person, you will: 

• Operate a pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work
• Empty all trash cans at pools, three-story buildings, and team member parking lots as needed
• Dispose of grease and cooking oil in the proper containers
• Pick up trash from curbs on the property and surrounding areas
• Sweep curbs and sidewalks
• Clean grounds and remove litter
• Empty trash cans in the public area buildings
• Empty dumpsters
• Operate a trash compactor
• Empty recycle bins
• Break down cardboard items and place them in the appropriate containers
• Leave the work area clean, neat, and safe

Requirements

• Demonstrates a friendly and positive demeanor

• Must be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions (i.e., hot, cold, wet, humid, etc.)
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must have proof of a valid driver's license
