Job Description

 The primary focus of this position is to sell attraction tickets to the guests, in our Welcome Centers and Hotels.  We support the Marketing Department and work with them at several of our locations.  We also support the Tickets2You website.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sell Attraction Tickets to Guests.
  • Make reservations for Dinner Shows and Parks.
  • Help book rental car reservations for guests.
  • Book Sightseeing Tours for guests.
  • Provide maps, directions, and information about the area.
  • Print pre-purchased tickets from Tickets2You guests.
  • Answer phone calls from Ticekts2You guests

 Experience

  • Cash handling and credit card processing experience.
  • Great Customer Service Skills

 Education & Certifications

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic math.

 Skills/Knowledge

  • Knowledge of the parks and area are a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Cash handling.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties related to this position, the team member will regularly visit construction sites. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Language Skills  
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.
