To collect and distribute mail throughout the Central Florida Westgate Resort locations.

• Open and sort all incoming mail for the various departments.
• Facilitate the pick-up and distribution of certified mail, Internal mail, Internal mail and various mail carriers at all Central Florida locations.
• Ship and receive supplies such as computers, cell phones and any other items requested by departments.
• Ship all international mail.
• Keep postage machine updated with proper postage amount.
• Order supplies for mailroom and for the shipping needs of the call center.
• Ensure all mail is sent out properly.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
