Responsible for the care of our HVAC units and refrigeration equipment by performing the following duties as well as performing skilled maintenance jobs.

DUTIES
Responsible for maintaining facility equipment; which may require carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills beyond general knowledge.
Responsible for the repair, replace and maintain various type of HVAC units within our property
Work and document a preventative maintenance program.
Leaves work are in safe, neat clean conditions
Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
Repairs or replaces defective parts.
Installs special functional and structural parts.
Keep accurate daily call log
Lubricates and cleans parts.
Starts devices to test their performance.
Provides customer service to company standards to guests, making sure all work order requests are completed efficiently and promptly.
Removes and installs door locks
Install items such as window shades, Venetian blinds curtain rods and wall fans.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Basic handyman skills and experience in the above duties preferred. Must have knowledge of basic tools.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
EPA, Universal License, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical
