Job Description

SUMMARY

This role serves food or beverages to our internal  customers. Located in our corporate office, this position provides a very attractive schedule. The building is closed nights, weekends and holidays, therefor, the schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30 - 3:00. Must work very well with limited supervision, utilizing menus and verbal descriptions to perform the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Understand and memorize the recipes on the menu
  • Use of blender, juices cash register
  • Understand the setup, maintenance and breakdown procedure of the beverage outlets
  • Itemizes and totals check for service or totals takeout transaction on cash register and accepts payment.
  • Cleans counters

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Culinary certification or a minimum of three years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
