As an Engineering Manager, you will:

• Direct team members engaged in painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
• Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.
• Interpret company policies to team members and enforces safety regulations.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
• Coordinate with other departments as necessary to expertly resolve service requests or opportunities, utilizing our work order tracking system.
• Maintain time and production records.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Engineering leadership experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Valid FL State Driver’s License.
