Job Description

Assist all owners and internal customers offering 5-star customer service via phone calls to the Owner Relations Department.

Responsibilities

  • Speak with owners that call after 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Answer owner questions, book reservations, take payments and all tasks related to the 5 star standard
  • Provide service to owner requests within the departmental guidelines
  • Maintain appropriate departmental logs, CSD, MR, etc.

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent required; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Hybrid Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (6 Weeks) - 2 days in office

Hybrid Schedule: Monday - Thursday 12:30pm - 9:00pm  & Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm, Saturday or Sunday 9:00am - 5:30pm

In-Office Days: Monday & Tuesday

Days off will be split with one weekday and one weekend day off.

Physical Demands

The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push and or/move up to 10 pounds. Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb stairs, for up to eight (8) hours. Must be capable of hearing within what is considered to be a normal range.
