Job Description

We seek an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Project Manager that will promote and support the achievement of the Foundation’s goals, programs, events, and initiatives. 

This is an exciting role that is critical to the mission and work of Victoria's Voice Foundation. Our team is small but mighty. We are highly collaborative and fast-paced!

David and Jackie Siegel lost their daughter to an opioid overdose in 2015. Since then, they are committed to saving lives and ending the drug epidemic by preventing use and offering treatment through Victoria’s Voice Foundation (VVF).

We are focused on 4 pillars to save lives:

  • Victory Clubs - Student-driven prevention program designed to educate, inspire, and incentivize young people to be drug free
  • Drug Education and Media - Educate, raise awareness, and debunk the myths associated with drug addiction through social media, school events and presentations as well as video series
  • Policy Change - Collaborate and support national leaders to change policy that improves conditions for those struggling with addiction or at risk for addiction
  • Naloxone Access and Distribution - Naloxone (also known as Narcan) rapidly reverses the effects of an overdose and by providing free doses to administer and Public Service Announcements (PSAs) we will be able to save lives that would otherwise be lost to overdose

Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution:

  • Responsible for overall coordination of staff events, meetings, and conferences
  • Coordinate vendor logistics communications
  • Manage guest communications
  • Coordinate Production Team logistics for filming

Administrative:

  • Collect and track critical data
  • Keep records updated
  • Communicate, follow-up and assist with key partners
  • Prepare and document meetings thoroughly
  • Manage schedules, ordering and managing supply inventory
  • Raiser’s Edge Date Entry

Development:

  • Coordinate various fundraising projects, such as: Mailings and gifts for donors, donor communications and tracking, board Meeting preparation

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in excel and MS word applications, outlook, previous experience with Raiser’s Edge a plus
  • 4 – 5 years of related experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytic skills and adaptability is key
  • Strong project management, analytical, and writing skills required
  • Ability to troubleshoot on the fly
