We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Mail Delivery Driver to join our transportation team. The Mail Delivery Driver will be responsible for operating company vehicles, including minibuses, vans, or lightweight trucks, to transport owners, clients, trainees, or company personnel. Under the guidance of the Transportation Manager, the Mail Delivery Driver will ensure the safe and efficient transportation of passengers and the timely delivery of mail and other designated items.

As a Mail Delivery Driver, you will: 

• Deliver mail and other designated items as instructed by Resort Management.
• Transport resort owners, guests, and personnel along designated routes in a punctual and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.
• Transport team members to and from assigned work areas as directed.
• Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and other company functions as required.
• Assist disabled passengers in boarding and disembarking from the vehicle, prioritizing their safety and comfort.
• Utilize a two-way radio or similar communication device to relay important information to the Dispatch Supervisor and coordinate with other vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle throughout the shift and ensure it is adequately fueled and serviced with necessary lubricants and accessories.
• Perform all required vehicle inspections, promptly report any accidents or issues, and communicate effectively with the Dispatch Supervisor for assignments and guidance.
• Adhere to all departmental expectations and requirements consistently.

To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:
