Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Tracks CSD ticket and ensures that all tickets are responded to in a timely manner. Enters information into the HRIS system accurately and in the order they are received following the FIFO (First in, First out) method.
  • Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered.
  • Contacts preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
  • Enters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and enters necessary codes.
  • Compares data entered with source documents, or reenters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.
  • Makes necessary corrections to information entered.
  • Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered.
  • Routes source documents after entry.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding entered data.

  • Basic computer skills and basic knowledge on Excel, Access, and Word.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of HR ADP, Lawson, Kronos system or other similar HR system
  • General HR knowledge (specialised fields)
  • Detailed transactional knowledge - Legal Requirements, GSAP, Payroll etc.

Education and/or Experience

One year certificate from college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some human resource and payroll knowledge.
