The Painter performs all paint duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Facilities Maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares all surfaces for paint, uses drop cloths and masking tape to protect
• Applies primer or mildewcide prior to paint where required
• Applies paint to prepared exterior or interior surfaces by use of paint gun, roller or paint brush
• Applies caulking where necessary
• Applies concrete stain to walkways
• Mixes paint to achieve desired look
• Erects scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground
• Properly logs electronic work orders in HotSOS
• Follows industry and company safety procedures
• Leaves work area in clean, neat, safe manner
• Able to work extended hours and weekends when a project dictates a need.
• Must comply with all CFI policies and procedures.
• Must represent CFI in a professional manner through appearance, dress and professional behavior at all times, as dictated in the Team Member’s Handbook.
• Must work diligently to gain knowledge and experience to execute their role to its full potential.
• Other duties as assigned by Corporate Facilities leadership.

Educatoin and/or Experience

One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
