Job Description

Join our team as a Pool Maintenance Technician and play a crucial role in maintaining our pool and water facilities to the highest standards. Your dedication and expertise will help create a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for our guests.

As a Certified Pool Operator, you will:

  • Water Chemistry Management: Utilize a Taylor test kit to regularly test the water chemistry in the pool. Adjust chemical levels to ensure water quality and safety, maintaining all chemicals within state guidelines.
  • Pool Filter Maintenance: Clean pool filters in accordance with prescribed procedures to ensure optimal filtration efficiency and water circulation.
  • Bathroom Fixture Maintenance: Perform maintenance on all pool bathroom fixtures to keep them in good working order for guests' convenience.
  • General Facility Cleaning: Conduct routine cleaning tasks, including the pool, pool decks, furniture, pump areas, bathrooms, and pool tile, to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
  • Equipment Repair and Replacement: Skillfully repair and replace various pool equipment, including pumps, pump motors, chemical feed controls, pool plumbing, decking, ladders/steps, heaters, underwater lighting, and main grates, to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Deep Cleaning: Periodically clean pool decks and Vac-Pac areas to remove accumulated dirt or debris.
  • Supplies Management: Deliver chemicals and other supplies to pools as needed, ensuring an adequate inventory of necessary materials.
  • Workspace Maintenance: Leave your work area clean, neat, and safe to maintain an organized and safe working environment.
  • Flexibility: Be ready to take on other duties as assigned to support the overall maintenance and safety of the facility.

Qualifications

  • Must have valid Driver’s License
  • Must have valid Pool Operator Certification
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts.
