Job Description

Are you a smooth operator? Are you ready to let the world hear you smile? You know what it takes to answer and solve guests calls. Whether it’s confirming the reservation, sending for towels, or assisting a guest. With us, being on the phone can be fun!

As the Resort Services Operator (PBX), you will: 

  • Provide friendly, positive, and hospitable service to our guests.
  • Route calls and take messages for the appropriate departments
  • Completes daily reports and records as required.
  • Answer calls using the phone routing system
  • Answer internal and external phone calls and assist the caller as needed
  • Monitor and respond to text messages from Kipsu messaging application
  • Monitor, input and follow up on entries in the HoTSOS application.
  • Assist and work at the front desk as needed and/or scheduled
  • Perform special projects as assigned, including Front Desk cross-training.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  •  1+ years of customer service experience in call center environment or similar preferred but not required.

To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English conversationally.  Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values

Requirements

  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to lift 15 lbs.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in call center environment or similar preferred but not required.
