Job Description

To process documents with new owners of Time Share Property and have a working knowledge of the legal documents associated with the purchase of Time Share Property. To manage and oversee the daily operation of the department, including working closely with both Contract Processing and Sales departments to assist in running a smooth and efficient operation.

DUTIES

  • Perform daily closing/deeding transactions
  • Train and update new Closing Officers on new techniques to improve rescission rate
  • Keep reports on the stats of the Departments rescission rate
  • Coordinate schedules and Closing Officer rotations with the Contract department
  • Responsible for assisting with scheduling for the Deeding Department
  • Attend breakfast on a regular basis, monitor breakfast locations, report issues to Welcome Group Manager (where applicable)
  • Track tour flow lists to monitor staffing needs
  • Coordinate Deeding Department status reports with corporate.
  • Contact for Sales and In House departments
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly labor budget, deals per Closing Officer, to meet department guidelines

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Train and update Closing Officers on new techniques to improve rescission rate, Coordinate schedules and Closing Officer rotations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions form groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Time Share Real Estate License and/or Escrow License.
Notary Public License.
