$1,000 Sign - On Bonus (Sign-on Bonus is applicable only to new hires and rehires who have not been employed with Westgate within one year from their last day of employment.)

Job Description

Cabin cleaners are the heart and soul of our operations. Whether your guest is returning from the theme parks after a long day or hiking the trails of the Smoky Mountains, their vacation starts and ends with you. 

  • Greet all guests, owners, and team members with a friendly disposition during your shifts and while on property.
  • Handle assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, ensuring all rooms are clean, sanitized, and presentable.
  • Regularly check and maintain cleaning equipment.
  • Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean guest rooms.
  • Notify superiors of any damage, defects, or disturbances within rooms.
  • Provide amenities and handle guest requests with professionalism.
  • Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Adhere to hotel/resort standards, protocols, and procedures and comply with all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a housekeeper or a similar role in a hotel environment is an advantage but not required. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in performing cleaning tasks.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and coworkers.
  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Have stamina to meet physical demands of the job (i.e., push, pull, bend, kneel, walk stairs, lift).
  • Flexible working hours, able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Valid TN State identification card.
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
