Job Description

Responsible for managing all operational processes related to the company’s Merchant Card Services’ requirements and cash management activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the set-up for existing and new Merchant Card IDs across all business units.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand and support credit card processing setup requirements.
  • Responsible for coordinating the onboarding of all new Merchant Card IDs working closing with the business units, merchant processor, credit card companies and Westgate IT.
  • Maintain updated documentation on both active and deactivated Merchant Card IDs based on internal compliance requirements.
  • Responsible for researching and resolving all merchant card processing transaction inquiries/issues.
  • Managing all new user set-ups for Merchant Card Services’ portals and password creation/resets.
  • Prepare monthly reporting and transactional history as required for both internal and 3rd party requirements.
  • Merchant Card Processing volume and Fee analysis
  • Commercial Card Spend Updates and associated Rebates
  • Chargeback activity
  • Support internal customers in response to inquiries and concerns related to their credit card processing. Provide required training and procedural documentation as needed.
  • Keep current on Credit Card Regulatory requirements and provide updates to the business.
  • Identify and provide insight for areas of opportunity to improve processes.
  • Participates in job training and professional growth opportunities to enhance ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Assist with other Cash Management tasks and Ad-Hoc projects as needed.
  • Initiate fund transfers in online banking platform.
  • Report daily cash position and monitor intraday activity.
  • Support internal customers in response to inquiries related to bank activity, user access, cash recyclers and deposits.
  • Prepare Cash Flow analysis for FP&A department.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years related business experience in Treasury/Merchant Card Services

  • Previous Merchant Card Services/Treasury operational experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to multi-task
  • Exercise professional written and verbal communications skills in supporting internal and external customers
  • CTP designation a plus
