Job Description

Rate of Pay: $18.50 / hour

+ Commission opportunities

+ Shift differential (15% Monday-Friday after 5 pm, 20% Saturday

This is a remote position after training, but it is required that you live in the Orlando/Central Florida area to be considered for this opportunity.

Bilingual Collections Representative say they’re good at de-escalating, but can they back it up? When times get tough you rise to the occasion and provide top notch customer service. You help our owners get their vacations back on track. As a Bilingual Collections Representative, you will:

Collect on accounts 60 days or more delinquent

Treat customers with respect and respond with empathy while remaining firm

Possess strong customer focus with the ability to have detailed conversations

Be 100% phone-based with a focus on outbound

Work in a metrics-driven environment

Training Schedule: All Paid Training!

Week 1, On-Site:                                    Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Week 2, Fully Remote:                           Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Call Center Hours of Operation

Monday - Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Wednesday - Thursday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Friday - Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday & Saturday (required twice a month)

 

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Collections experience required two years

Call Center experience required two years

Bilingual Spanish required

Must have a dedicated homework space that is free from distractions and interruptions

Must have a stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50-100 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps

 

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Remote Worker Considerations:

Candidates who are selected for this position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. This remote/WFH position requires you to have a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with a reliable and consistent network (minimum internet download of 50-100 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed.
