Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the recruiters with the administration of recruiting activities including, but not limited to sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling interviews, attending recruiting events, talent pipeline development, candidate selection process, and on-boarding process for Westgate Resorts.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will interact directly with the Recruiters and Team Member Services staff to contribute to the overall success of Westgate Resorts recruiting and on-boarding process, with a high level of professionalism.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will;

  • Mining for qualified applicants using various recruiting sources
  • Pre-screening qualified applicants against job descriptions and managers specifications
  • Scheduling interviews with recruiters and/or hiring managers via phone, video or in-person
  •  Responsible for the entry, maintenance, and integrity of data within the applicant tracking system
  •  Following up on interview results with recruiter and/or hiring managers
  •  Attend internal and external job fairs
  • Coordinate and follow through with recruiter, hiring manager and Team Member Services to ensure on-boarding process is completed in a timely manner Identify opportunities for improving recruiting and on-boarding processes
  •  Identify and troubleshoot issues and escalate as appropriate
  •  Job description subject to revisions at any time based on business needs. Other duties as assigned by management

 

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources is preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in staffing/talent acquisition coordination
  • Knowledge of ADP Applicant Tracking System or similar system
  • Advanced level of proficiency with computers
  • Advanced level of proficiency with typing and data entry
  • Exceptionally strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to effectively partner and collaborate with peers to deliver dynamic candidate and hiring manager experiences
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the talent acquisition function is strongly preferred.
