Navigation is your tool; support is your drive.  Whether you’re helping a guest or monitoring a route, your job is to make sure everything is in place.  You empower our transportation team to strive for the best! 

As a transportation dispatcher, you will: 

• Assign and schedule work to drivers to efficiently fulfill daily reservations/runs
• Track and code the status of trips to ensure timely and accurate trip completion
• Maintain an accurate record of their assigned driving activities.
• Assist drivers with directions, traffic conditions or any pertinent information.
• Monitor reservations and relay information pleasantly to drivers and customers.
• Answer multiple phone lines, take and input reservations, dispatch drivers, track transports, maintain driver rotations, track airline flights, clear transports,  and have effective radio communication.

To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:
