About Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa:
Adjacent to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the most-visited national park in the country, Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, provides an amazing work environment with refreshing mountain breezes and spectacular views of the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains. As a member of the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort team, you will meet and engage with guests who have arrived to enjoy all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer and help them experience our world-class amenities such as the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water park.

As Grounds Supervisor, you will:

• Operate pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work
• Empty all trash bins located near pools, three-story buildings, and team member parking lot as needed
• Dispose of grease and cooking oil in proper containers 
• Pick up trash from curbs on the property and surrounding areas to the highway 
• Sweep curbs and sidewalks
• Beautify grounds and remove litter
• Operate trash compactor 
• Break down cardboard items and place them in appropriate containers 
• Leave work areas in a clean, neat, and safe condition

• Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy
• Prior supervisor experience required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid state Driver’s License to drive company golf carts
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
