About Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa:
Adjacent to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the most-visited national park in the country, Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, provides an amazing work environment with refreshing mountain breezes and spectacular views of the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains. As a member of the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort team, you will meet and engage with guests who have arrived to enjoy all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer and help them experience our world-class amenities such as the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water park.

As a HVAC Technician, you will:

• Maintain all facility and kitchen equipment and repairs and replace various types of HVAC units throughout the property
• Change out old air conditioning filters and replaces them with new filters, label the new filter prior to installation follow all established procedures
• Document all work orders, keep an accurate daily log, follow all established procedures for the preventative maintenance program
• Repack pumps and compressors and clean all evaporator and condenser coils regularly. Replace any worn or defective parts or equipment
• Maintain air handler closets regularly and observe mechanical devices during operation to ensure preventative maintenance
• Partner with management and the Engineering Department for additional concerns and replacements on any equipment
• Ensure work area is kept clean and organized, always ensuring safety
• Assist with other technician duties as necessary
