The main goal of this job is to provide exceptional customer service to new owners through out the purchasing process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Escorting new owners through out deeding and gifting process.
• Escort them back to the unit or vehicle once their tour is over.
• Helps out with the Coordinator duties when needed.
• Work as a liaison between the deed processors and the sales representatives to welcome new owners and escort them to the deeding department.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
