Job Description

As a Front Desk Agent, you are an ambassador of hospitality, ensuring that every guest's journey begins and ends with a positive and memorable impression of our resort. Your dedication to excellent customer service and meticulous attention to detail contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Your responsibilities encompass a range of duties, all executed with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will:

  • Warm Welcome: You are the first face our guests see, and you greet them with a genuine and warm welcome, setting the tone for their stay.
  • Efficient Check-in: You efficiently handle the check-in process, ensuring a swift and hassle-free experience for our guests. This involves registering guests, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys promptly.
  • Meticulous Record-Keeping: Keeping meticulous records of room availability and guest accounts is crucial for maintaining a smoothly running operation and providing personalized service.
  • Financial Expertise: Your role extends to financial transactions, where you accurately compute bills, collect payments, and provide any necessary change to guests, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Problem-Solving: A key aspect of your role is the ability to listen to guests' concerns and challenges actively and to find effective solutions that meet their needs. This is done with a proactive and empathetic approach, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work overnight. 
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with team members and guests at all levels in an attentive and service-oriented manner.

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
