Job Description

Compliance Agents perform essential internal audits of tasks related to the Timeshare Closing process and complaint handling. The results of these audits are used to reasonably measure proficiency in meeting Westgate’s objectives. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in measuring Closing Officer performance and adherence to regulation and company policies with respect to the Timeshare closing process
  • Identify, report, and maintain logs of compliance and non-compliance from Timeshare closing recordings using Quality Assurance protocols
  • Escalate items to Compliance Officer as appropriate
  • Audit account paperwork to ensure proper execution
  • Communicate training points, as may be identified in Timeshare closings from time to time, to Compliance Officer
  • Participate in training events
  • Research consumer/customer complaints that are assigned to the department
  • Perform Admin duties as needed
  • Monitor various department’s calls and recordings in order to determine adherence to company objectives and Quality Assurance protocols
  • Monitor and research Lexis Nexis reporting
  • Work on other projects as assigned by Management
  • Achieve and maintain minimum standards for productivity

  • Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • May require some travel to resort locations as needed
  • Timeshare experience preferred
  • Bilingual a plus – Spanish and/or Portuguese; reading, writing, and speaking
