This job’s primary purpose is to provide excellent customer service to all guests, escort guests to their accommodations, and offer timeshare presentations to guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes, but not limited to, the following:

• Greet all guest checking into the resort lobby with an energetic and welcoming smile
• Assist with the check in process
• Answer questions guest have about the resort, activities, amenities, and local attractions
• Assist guest in booking activities and local attractions
• Assist sales team with service-related duties
• Other duties may be assigned

Must have bubbly personality and possess excellent customer service skills and can work well with others. Must be computer literate.
