Job Description

The Revenue Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Revenue Manager in maximizing overall rental revenue and profitability in a multiple-property setting. This includes implementing effective inventory and pricing strategies based on future demand analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Revenue Manager with pricing strategies and inventory restrictions.
  • Assist Revenue Manager with tracking daily inventory movement to effectively maximize rental availability and profitability.
  • Conduct daily rate shops of defined competitive sets and audits to ensure rate parity via all channels of distribution.
  • View all internet sites from the consumer perspective to ensure implemented rate strategies are displaying correctly.
  •  Load and update rates in CSD and Resort Solutions.
  • Conduct CSD and Resort Solutions audits to ensure rates are displaying correctly.
  • Generate reports as determined by the Revenue Manager to determine effective inventory restrictions and pricing strategies.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
