ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.                            

  • Interact and educate retail clerks
  • Maintain all displays/retail inventory
  • Conduct monthly inventory
  • Clean and organize retail areas to keep free from safety hazards
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment for all cashiers
  • Communicate with customers and address any problems they may have
  • Operate POS systems and perform general check out functions
  • Assist guests with all aspects of activity reservations
  • Maintain a clean working environment such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise
  • Maintains a strong customer service and a safe atmosphere

To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervise Marina cashiers. Responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of these units. May also supervise driver team members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS 
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, and hear. In addition, the employee is occasionally required to taste and smell. The team member frequently is required to climb or balance.  The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
