This job's primary purpose to the organization is to assist with the smooth and profitable operation of a Travel Club Sales location through the sales of memberships in the Westgate Travel Club.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist Sales Director 

• Conduct morning sales meetings

• Assist in front desk supervision

• Manage and assist sales reps

• Conduct Podium Presentations.

• Pitch and sell Westgate Travel Club to prospective buyers. 

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests/owners. 

• Complete paperwork needed for all sales transactions.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities except in the absence of the Director.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess exceptional sales techniques.
