Job Description
Responsibilities include assisting Central Warehouse Manager with sale of items, sale items inventory, collecting payments from sales, direct communication with public and employees, pull and distribute retail orders for company stores, acts a backup for warehouse distribution billing and order processing in Oracle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include the following, along with any other duties that may be assigned.
- Receive items delivered to assigned warehouse from outside suppliers in Oracle
- Follow Inventory control and receiving procedures
- Inspect items delivered and identify concerns on the packing tickets
- Ensures inventory is received for retail company stores
- Provide inventory counts & support warehouse management direction
- Open shipping containers to verify item count or damage
- Prepare shipments to prevent damage during shipment or movement
- Perform custodial work in maintaining the warehouse
- Attend meetings and support process improvement initiatives
- Assist in pulling orders
- Responsible for obtaining end user signature or delivery documents
- Works and communicates with internal and external clients and customers to meet their
- needs in a polite, courteous, and cooperative manner. Committed to quality service.
- Photograph returned inventory. Make written notes on damaged and condition for each
- item
- Record complete inventory of goods into binder with condition & quality available
- Assign inventory numbers to each item return from sales center, resorts or OPC's. All
- products to be marked for inventory control
- Inventory and maintain all blueprints. Create a catalog system to track all building plans.
- Lift and move all inventory as needed on a continuous basis 8 or more hours a day
- Movement of product maybe more than 100 lbs. and will required lifting and placing of
- product throughout warehouse
- Organize and relocated product within warehouse to better utilize space. This included
- shrink wrapping, consolidation and labeling areas of warehouse
- Create master binder to identify each item and its location within the warehouse
- Continual inspection of buildings interior condition to verify needed building
- maintenance and pest control
- Each rack to be cataloged dated and cleaned for storage on resale.

Education and/or Experience:
Two years of college or university program certificate; or two or four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have knowledge of inventory methods and procedures
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry. Ability to apply concepts, such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Other Skills & Abilities:
Must have computer skills (MS Word, Excel, E-Mail)
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid Florida Driver’s license with insurable-driving record (within 60 days of hire)
