Summary

The objective of the Auto Pay Clerk is to set up payments being taken through all forms of auto debit including credit card withdrawal and direct debit and  work on electronic timeshare documents .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. 

Other duties may be assigned.

• Input/update/correct auto debit information for mortgage and maintenance and tax
• Verification of electronic timeshare documents and making necessary corrections
• Imaging of customer correspondence .
• Process CSD (Customer Service Requests) issues according to departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist with Check Processing in Cash Receipts.
• And other Misc duties as instructed by supervisor

 Educations and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Timeshare industry experience preferred.

 Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
