The Ream Analyst is responsible for processing amortization adjustments on customers loan accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following, and other duties may be assigned. Prepare amortization schedules using Microsoft Excel to determine necessary posting adjustments. This includes analyzing a customers loan history and determining proper allocation of funds between principal and interest. Input posting adjustment related to mortgage modifications based on new loan terms. Process CSD issues (customer service requests) related to all posting entries on customers mortgage accounts. This includes completing and/or responding to issues in a timely manner. Review daily and weekly reports and queries that identify accounts needing posting adjustments. Perform special projects as designated by the Supervisor of Payment Processing.

Experience working with customer payment histories for mortgage or mortgage related transactions. General knowledge of Microsoft Excel or related spreadsheet application. General understanding of loan amortizations. Strong math and analytical skills. Ability to prioritize and manage workload.

Education and/or Experience

High school graduate

Language Skills

Good English writing skills required.

Mathematical Skills

Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division. Understanding of Financial terms and functions Understanding of loan amortizations. 

Reasoning Abilities

Ability to understand and process mortgage related issues.
