Job Description

As a VIP Service Agent, you will be an indispensable part of our guest services team, responsible for creating exceptional experiences and ensuring our guests have access to a wide of services and attractions. Your role involves handling various guest requests, organizing travel arrangements, providing local information, and arranging special events.

As a VIP Service Agent, you will:

  • Make dining reservations, secure event tickets, and assist guests in obtaining tickets for various local attractions and events.
  • Offer comprehensive information about shopping areas, dining options, nightlife hotspots, and recreational destinations, catering to guests' preferences and needs.
  • Assist in arranging sightseeing tours, transportation for excursions, and other travel-related services to enhance guests' experiences.
  • Receive, store, and ensure the prompt delivery of guests' luggage and incoming mail with utmost care and efficiency.
  • Provide temporary support for office-related duties when necessary, contributing to the smooth operation of administrative tasks.
  • Fulfill various guest requests, including picking up and delivering items, running errands, and managing unique or challenging requests.
  • Handle unusual requests, such as sourcing rare items or arranging unique experiences like hot-air balloon rides, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Assist guests in replacing lost items during their stay, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Arrange for interpreters or translators when patrons require language-related services, facilitating effective communication for our international guests.
  • Plan and coordinate special events, parties, or meetings, including booking entertainment options such as musicians or celebrities, ensuring memorable and successful gatherings.

Qualifications

  • Must be to lift up to 25lbs
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
