Cares for horses and mules to protect their health and improve their appearance by performing the following duties.

As a Stable Keeper, you will: 

• Measures, mixes and apportions feed and feed supplements according to feeding instructions and waters the animals.
• Washes, brushes, trims and curries each animal’s coat to clean and improve their appearance.
• Inspects animals for disease, illness, and injury and treats animals according to all established guidelines and procedures.
• Cleans saddles and bridles to ensure the best quality and cleanliness.
• Unloads and stores feed and supplies and continuously replenishes bedding for all animals.
• Whitewashes stables and cleans animal quarters.
• Exercises animals and assists with other tasks as necessary.

• Able to pass a criminal background, drug & alcohol test.
• Must be at least 21 and have a valid drivers license to drive company golf carts/vehiclesand comply with company vehicle insurance policy.
• Pass a drivers license check by company vehicle insurance.
• Able to work all weekends, holidays and nights.
