RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with server/hostess to assure efficient seating, and customer service
• Stock service stations and assists food servers
• Clear dirty tables/floor and prepare table for resetting
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations
• Transport all dirty tableware to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
• Clean work area to ensure proper sanitation standards
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
